Because of this, we believe that from the moment you hire us until the reception venue doors lock, you will be our priority. We will never book more than one wedding on the same day! You have entrusted us to plan & coordinate this HUGE moment in your life and so we will go above and beyond for you and your family throughout the entirety of this season of life. Below you will find quick summaries of our service packages!


Hydrangea Package




COVID-19 has definitely turned the event industry upside down! We recognize that weddings and events will look a lot different for the foreseeable future and so Occasions is offering a package solely for the bride that envisions a beautifully intimate wedding day. The Magnolia package is available to couples with a sixty person maximum guest list. 




For the brides who want to take a more  "backseat" approach to the planning process, this is the package for you! This package includes the Occasions team taking care of all timelines, design aspects, floor plans, and overall logistics of your ceremony and reception. Clients will receive a detailed timeline of tasks that will be completed throughout the year-long process and will meet with our team monthly for updates.We will bring your vision to life! All you have to do is sit back and relax.





Occasions with Symone Shaw does not offer day-of coordination. However, we do offer a customized planning package for clients who do not need a full-time planner. The Lilly package is a three month planning package that includes an Occasions coordinator on-site throughout your wedding day, a ceremony and reception timeline, final vendor coordination, and rehearsal coordination. In order for our team to provide clients with high quality service, the Lilly package is only available three months prior to the wedding date.  



Event design

You do not need to plan a wedding as a reason to enjoy a beautiful evening! We offer private dinner event design for any host who enjoys an elegant setting to gather with friends. We ask to limit the attendance to as many as twenty guests. Perfect for private residences!
